Heat management can be tricky. the AC switches off when you leave, and returning to a warm room isn’t pleasant—especially in high temperatures. Room types can be misleading. Breakfast lacks variety—stale pastries and minimal options. expect no fresh fruit and limited cereals, making for an underwhelming morning start. The bed is quite firm, which may not suit those who prefer a softer sleep surface.

the room was small, with a poor shower setup. I upgraded to a triple, but still got a double with no proper bathroom. absolutely unacceptible. I asked for extra eggs at breakfast, and they charged me! I almost gave a good review, but here we are. don’t waste your time here if you seek actual quality.

I loved my stay in a Double or Twin Room with View, which offered breathtaking sights of the canal. The breakfast, filled with delightful options every morning, was a perfect start to my days. The location was ideal. just a short walk to the Zattere waterbuses and GelatiNico, my favorite gelato spot!

The fantastic views of the Giudecca canal from my room were a delightful treat. The staff, particularly Maximo, were attentive and warm, providing excellent service throughout my visit.
